Devin Perryman, a 26-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2019. He was found fatally shot outside a house on Clairmount Street just before 1 a.m. that day. Officers from the Rochester Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the area and discovered Perryman with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
