Lanard Davis, a 42-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2022. The incident occurred on Congress Avenue and Pioneer Street, where Davis was found shot inside his vehicle. According to reports, Davis was behind the wheel when he was struck by gunfire, causing him to crash into a tree.
