In the late summer of 2015, the life of 16-year-old NeShawn Plummer was tragically cut short on the streets of Queens, New York. On the evening of August 30th, NeShawn was at the intersection of Seagirt Avenue and Beach 26th Street in Far Rockaway when he was struck in the head by a stray bullet. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on August 31st.
