NeShawn Plummer, a 16-year-old from Queens, NY, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2015. He was fatally shot in the head while standing at the intersection of Seagirt Avenue and Beach 26th Street in Far Rockaway, just a few blocks from where his older brother, Shawn Plummer, had been killed three years earlier.
