Hector Luis Diaz Jr., a 35-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2015. Born in Queens, Hector was a beloved son, father, and brother. On the night of his death, Hector was in the lobby of his Menahan Street building when he was fatally shot. According to reports, he had walked down to the lobby just after 1 a.m. and was struck in the head by a bullet that came through the front door.
