On December 4, 2015, Codi Chambers, aged 22, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Mastic Beach, New York. The incident also claimed the life of his older brother, Blake Chambers, aged 28. The Suffolk County Police were called to a residence on Huntington Drive at approximately 12:25 p.m. after receiving a 911 call reporting that two individuals had been shot inside the home.
