On a Tuesday night in Mastic-Beach, New York, the life of 18-year-old Marcel Arrington was tragically cut short. On October 26, 2021, just after 9 p.m., a 911 call reported a shooting on Bayview Drive. Responding officers discovered the young man lying in front of a residence with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue, but his injury proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
