Blake Chambers, aged 28, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2015, in Mastic Beach, New York. He and his younger brother, Codi Chambers, aged 22, were both fatally shot in their home on Huntington Drive. The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m. when Suffolk County police responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Blake and Codi with gunshot wounds.
