Tyrone Batts, a 25-year-old man from West Haven, Connecticut, tragically lost his life on January 9, 2016, in Brooklyn, New York. Batts, known for his infectious smile and love for fashion, was affectionately called "Fly Ty" or "Swagoo" by those who knew him.
