Brandon Washington, a 42-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically killed on May 14, 2021. Washington was fatally shot in the head while riding his newly purchased motorized scooter on Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Halsey Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
