Marlon Shuffler, a 22-year-old aspiring rapper and father from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, was tragically shot and killed on March 10, 2016. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. as Shuffler was walking down Lincoln Place near Franklin Avenue with three friends.
