Centell Carter, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2017, in High Point, North Carolina. The incident occurred when Carter was shot in the head by his friend, Donald Davis, a 49-year-old man. The shooting took place at an apartment complex located at 249-R Northpoint Avenue.
