In the early morning hours of St. Patrick's Day in 2016, a burst of violence on Germania Avenue in Schenectady claimed the life of Andre Dewayne Lee. Born on July 7, 1986, the 30-year-old male was struck by several bullets. He was rushed to Ellis Hospital, but the severity of his wounds proved fatal, and he succumbed to his injuries.
