In the pre-dawn hours of November 19, 2016, the quiet Bellevue neighborhood of Schenectady, New York, was shattered by a single gunshot. The victim was 49-year-old Charles 'Chuck' Dembrosky, a male resident who was found lying near a bush outside his Campbell Avenue home.
