In the spring of 2016, a visit to Schenectady, New York, turned fatal for a man from Brooklyn. Taquan Foreman, a 29-year-old male, was shot inside an apartment on Paige Street on the night of May 6th. He was rushed to Ellis Hospital in a private vehicle but succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
