Carlos Figueroa, a 26-year-old resident of Schenectady, New York, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2015. Figueroa, who was known as a dedicated father and a hardworking individual, was fatally shot in front of 548 Paige Street in Schenectady's Hamilton Hill neighborhood.
