Roscoe Foster, a 38-year-old resident of Schenectady, NY, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2019. Foster, who was known for his passion for cooking and fishing, was found with a gunshot wound inside his vehicle at the corner of Becker and Linden streets in Schenectady. He was transported to Ellis Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
