Rochelle DeCruz, a 35-year-old mother from Rochester, NY, tragically lost her life on May 19, 2016. She was found dead in her home on Frost Avenue with a single gunshot wound. The Rochester Police Department responded to an anonymous 911 call and discovered her body at approximately 3:10 p.m. that day. DeCruz was a mother of six children, and her death left a significant impact on her family and the community.
