Brandon Spears, a 19-year-old from Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2016. Spears was fatally shot at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Rochester. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. on the 10th floor of the hotel, where a dispute between two guests escalated into violence.
