Elwin Coste, a 17-year-old from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on June 18, 2016, while visiting his sick grandfather in the Foxhurst section of the Bronx, New York. Elwin had just graduated from a military training school in New Jersey and had aspirations of enlisting in the Marines and becoming a hip-hop artist.
