In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 3, 2016, the life of 29-year-old Jamall D'Andre Kelly was tragically cut short on a street in Syracuse, New York. A barrage of 911 calls reporting gunfire on Westcott Street brought city police to the scene shortly before 3:30 a.m. There they found Kelly, a male resident of Syracuse, suffering from gunshot wounds.
