Jamall D. Kelly, a 29-year-old resident of Syracuse, New York, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police responded to a call at the parking lot of Dorian's Gourmet Pizza and Deli on Westcott Street.
