Richard Brown, aged 50, was found dead on July 27, 2016, in Queens, NY. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred inside an apartment building in the Rockaway area of Queens. Brown, who had a history of drug addiction and homelessness, was shot multiple times in the head.
