Walter Ross, a 33-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was tragically shot and killed on September 12, 2016. The incident occurred while Ross was sitting in the front passenger seat of a white sedan parked on North Clinton Avenue near Burbank Street. A 23-year-old woman, Samantha Engebrecht, who was in the driver's seat, was also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
