In the winter of 2016, the life of 39-year-old Jason M. Davis was tragically cut short in Syracuse, New York. On the evening of December 14th, Davis was found on the city's south side with a gunshot wound to his back. He was rushed to Upstate University Hospital but succumbed to his injuries a short time later. The incident marked another life lost to gun violence in the community.
