Khalil Howard, a 21-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2017, due to a fatal shooting. The incident occurred on the 300 block of Richmond Avenue during the late-night hours of Father's Day. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Howard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of AMR Ambulance personnel who responded to the scene, Howard succumbed to his injuries shortly after their arrival.
