On a summer evening in Syracuse, New York, the life of 21-year-old Khalil T. Howard was tragically cut short. On Sunday, June 18, 2017, the young man, who was a father to a two-year-old daughter, passed away. Howard was born on August 30, 1995.

A graduate of Fowler High School in 2014, Howard was remembered for his involvement in the school's football team, where he played on both the offensive and defensive lines. His dedication to the sport earned him a spot on an All-Star team. Beyond ...
