On a cold Saturday night in Washington, D.C., the life of 41-year-old Kevin Vincent Bradshaw was tragically cut short. It was approximately 11:40 p.m. on January 27, 2007, in the 800 block of Yuma Street, SE, when the fatal encounter unfolded. Bradshaw, a male resident of the city, was confronted by four men in what authorities would later describe as a botched robbery.
