Anthony E. Chipman, aged 46, from Gowanda, NY, tragically passed away on July 12, 2017. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at the Spring Wood Trailer Park on Bagdad Road. On the evening of the incident, deputies responded to reports of shots being fired. Upon arrival, they found Chipman unresponsive inside a residence.
