Pliekou Irvin Sr., aged 38, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2017, in Geneva, New York. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. while Irvin was sitting in a car near Middle and Exchange Streets. He was shot and subsequently taken to Geneva General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Geneva Police Department, along with several other law enforcement agencies, launched an immediate investigation into the shooting.
