Rafael Cepeda, a 35-year-old father from Hempstead, NY, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2017. Cepeda was on his way to pick up his 11-year-old daughter from the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) station when he was caught in the crossfire of a gang-related shooting.
