In the early morning hours of March 14, 2018, a horrific scene was discovered in a fourth-floor apartment in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, forever altering the lives of a family. Loyd Drain Jr., a 57-year-old man, was found dead from a gunshot wound inside the residence at the Riverdale Osbourne Towers on Thatford Avenue. The grim discovery was made around 5 a.m. by Patricia Green, Drain's wife, when she arrived at the apartment to babysit her granddaughter.
