Reginald Taylor, a 26-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2018, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Freeman Street in the Foxhurst neighborhood. Taylor was walking along the street when a vehicle, identified as a Nissan, approached.
