Rasheem J. Glover, a 32-year-old resident of Syracuse, New York, tragically lost his life in the early hours of April 22, 2018. The incident occurred at a party held at 415 Cortland Avenue, where a loud disturbance prompted a police response. Upon arrival, officers encountered a large crowd dispersing from the scene. Inside the residence, they discovered Glover with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Despite immediate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
