In the summer of 2018, a quiet street in Rochester, New York, became the scene of a heart-wrenching discovery that left a family and community in mourning. Estrella Rodriguez, a 76-year-old woman, was found deceased in her Isabelle Street home on June 28th. Her life was tragically cut short in an apparent murder-suicide.
