On December 31, 1990, 24-year-old white female Morraine Michelle Armstrong was found dead in her apartment at 509 Lake Avenue in Rochester, New York. The circumstances of her death were immediately suspicious. She was discovered with electrical cords wrapped around her neck, and she was reportedly wearing only one sock.
