In the early hours of a summer morning in New York City, a young man's life was tragically cut short by gun violence. Rashaun Pope, a 21-year-old male from the Bronx, was fatally shot in Harlem on Sunday, July 29, 2018. The incident that led to his death occurred near West 125th Street and 12th Avenue.
