On a late summer evening in the Bronx, tragedy struck Christopher Pierce, a 34-year-old male, forever altering the lives of his family and community. On September 3, 2018, at approximately 9:24 p.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting a man shot opposite 124 Eames Place. Upon arrival, officers discovered Pierce with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Emergency medical services promptly transported him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
