Franklin Bello, aged 48, was tragically shot and killed on March 27, 2019, in Manhattan, New York. Bello was found inside his grey Toyota Corolla parked at the corner of West 185th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights. Responding to a 911 call just before 2 p.m., police discovered Bello with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
