Dwayne Robertson Stalks, aged 32, was killed on September 5, 2016, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was one of three victims in a series of shootings that occurred during the Labor Day weekend in the Uptown area of New Orleans. Dwayne was found shot in the 1100 block of South Tonti Street. Authorities responded to multiple shooting incidents that weekend, which were part of a broader rise in violent crime across the city.
