Ostilio 'Ozzy' Salerno, a 44-year-old male construction foreman, died on July 5, 2019, following a fatal encounter in the Bronx, New York. The incident that led to his death unfolded in a Morris Heights apartment building located at 1750 Sedgwick Avenue. Salerno had gone to the apartment of his colleague and subordinate, Rafael Morato, where a workplace dispute between the two men tragically escalated.
