In the early morning hours of July 15, 2019, the life of 28-year-old Terrence Santos was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire outside the Robert F. Wagner Houses in East Harlem, New York. The shooting, which occurred around 12:58 a.m., left Santos with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
