Luis Dela Cruz, a 20-year-old aspiring rapper from New York, NY, was tragically shot and killed on the night of November 14, 2019. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. near Thayer Street and Sherman Avenue in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan. Luis was with his twin brother, Andri, and a group of friends when the shooting happened.
