Kashka Richards, a 23-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2019. Richards was working at a tobacco shop in the Melrose section of the Bronx when he was fatally shot in the head. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on East 167th Street, just east of the Grand Concourse.
