In the winter of 2019, a life was tragically cut short on a street in Buffalo, New York. On the afternoon of December 20th, 22-year-old Vincent Cramer was shot and killed on Floss Avenue, near Genesee Street. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Cramer was declared dead from his injuries there. The incident marked another life lost to gun violence in the city.
