In the spring of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in what should have been the safety of his own home. Ryan Solomon, a 23-year-old male, resided in an apartment on South Third Avenue in Mount Vernon, New York. On the afternoon of April 26th, a heated argument erupted between Solomon and his roommate, Akeem Palmer.
