On September 13, 2016, Vincent Harris, age 25, was fatally shot in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Leonidas neighborhood, within the NOPD's Second District. Police responded to a report of gunfire and found Harris suffering from a gunshot wound; despite efforts by Emergency Medical Services (EMS), he was pronounced dead at the scene.
