On a summer day in New Orleans, Louisiana, Vincent Joseph Harris, a man known affectionately as 'Spank', passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021. He was 53 years old at the time of his death, which occurred at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero. Born in Marrero on September 27, 1967, Vincent was a lifelong resident of the New Orleans area.
