On May 30, 2021, Michael Peter Moran Jr., a 30-year-old White / Caucasian male from Queens, New York, was fatally shot inside a residence at 26-45 94th St. in East Elmhurst. Moran sustained gunshot wounds to his chest and throat, which rendered him unconscious and unresponsive. Emergency Medical Services promptly transported him to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
