James R. Hayes, a 35-year-old resident of Troy, NY, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2021. The incident occurred late at night, just after 11:00 p.m., when police were dispatched to the area of 391 9th Street in response to a reported car crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hayes unresponsive in his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
