In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Troy, New York, the life of James R. Hayes, a 35-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On June 17, 2021, police responded to the scene of a single-car crash in the city's Hillside North neighborhood. There, they discovered Hayes unresponsive in his vehicle.
