In the early morning hours of November 15, 2016, the life of 25-year-old Christopher Steib, a male native of Houma, Louisiana, and resident of New Orleans, was tragically cut short. At approximately 1:15 a.m., officers from the New Orleans Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 1400 block of Spain Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
