Lamar Walker, aged 25, was tragically killed on September 19, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident took place in the Seventh Ward neighborhood, specifically near the 1900 block of N. Dorgenois Street, close to its intersection with Allen Street. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to reports around 10:24 a.m., finding Lamar Walker unresponsive and lying on the sidewalk.
