In the summer of 2021, the life of 34-year-old Kelvin Harris Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in Rochester, New York. On the evening of July 14th, Harris was fatally shot on Karnes Street, succumbing to his injuries at the scene. His death was quickly ruled a homicide by the Rochester Police Department, sparking an investigation into the circumstances that led to the fatal shooting.
