Demetris Jackson, a 28-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2021. The incident occurred in the backyard of a home on the 1800 block of Lodi Street. According to reports, Jackson was shot in the head around 2:20 p.m. A neighbor called 911, but by the time emergency services arrived, Jackson was already deceased.
